Gordon Israel, President and Owner
Gordon founded this most recent version of Draco in 2002.  Prior to this he owned and operated Draco Residential.  Gordon began his career in this field in 1974 and throughout the 1980's he developed and managed several programs supporting people with disabilities.  Gordon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a founding member of the Private Providers of Texas and has served on their Board of Directors on several occasions.  Gordon is currently a member of the Texas and the American Associations on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Daniel Flowers, Vice President and Director of Operations
Daniel began his work in this field in 1993 while still in college.  He has provided case management services, managed homes and programs and most recently was the state-wide director of community programs for a large provider agency in Texas.  Daniel joined Draco in February of 2007 as the Director of Operations.  He is a graduate of Tarleton State University.  Daniel currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Private Provider's Association of Texas and is a member of both the state and national chapters of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  Daniel is active in advocating for the continued expansion of community-based programs in Texas.  You may contact Daniel at his office or via email at daniel@dracosi.com   

Patricia Mallia, Director of Business Operations
Patricia has one of the longest histories with Draco, beginning in 1992 with Draco Residential.  She began work in this arena over 20 years ago at the Austin State School and has successfully managed programs and homes.  Patricia transitioned to the next version of Draco as the Office Manager and is now responsible for all aspects of business operations.  She believes that it is a privilege to learn and enhance the quality of life for individuals with special needs.  She is proud to have been a part of the growth and continued quality of services that Draco provides.  Patricia may be reached at our offices or by email at patricia@dracosi.com

Kathy Galvan, Regional Director of Operations - West Texas
Kathy joined Draco in early 2008 to establish and develop Draco Services in the West Texas Region beginning in Abilene.  Kathy has 30 years of experience working the field of supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Beginning at the Abilene State School, Kathy transitioned to community-based services 15 years ago and has managed successful programs at a local, regional and state level.  Kathy believes that all people have the right, and deserve, to choose what happens in their lives.  She works consistently to assure that this is accomplished to the best of her abilities and that individuals supported by her programs are well taken care of, healthy and happy.  Kathy may be contacted at our Abilene office at (325) 669-4821 or by email at kathy@dracosi.com
